They helped me out fairly quickly, though I did have to wait a little bit. Overall, it seemed like they knew what they were doing, so I’d say it was a decent experience.

This was my first time ordering from Oh Polly it didn’t leave the best impression. I returned the dress quickly, but the refund took ages to come through. I kept having to check for updates, which got really frustrating. The clothes are nice, but the slow refund process has definitely put me off ordering again anytime soon.

The size was right for me, though I could see it fitting differently depending on your body shape or how you like things to sit. For what I needed, it worked out well.

I had a really smooth experience paying on Oh Polly. I used Klarna this time because I didn’t really want to pay for everything upfront, and in that situation it was really handy. The checkout was quick, nothing glitched or felt confusing, and the payment options were clearly shown so I didn’t have to go hunting for them. I got my order confirmation pretty much straight away too. If you’re happy paying in parts, I’d definitely say it’s a good option and I’d use it again.
